What the beta stores

When you sign in with ChatGPT, our hosting platform supplies your user ID, email and display name. We use that identity to keep saved workflows and run history in your account. We store workflow names, node settings, connections, revision numbers and timestamps. Signed-in run history contains input and intermediate outputs, results, errors and timing. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in this beta.

Claude API keys and prompts

Your Claude key is held in browser memory for the current session. It is sent over HTTPS to our backend when you run a Claude step, and used to call the official Anthropic API. We do not save the key in our database or workflow exports. Refreshing or leaving the page clears it. Your prompts and preceding outputs are sent to Anthropic for processing and are subject to Anthropic’s own policies.

Guests and infrastructure

Guests can explore templates and run local text-tool workflows through our backend without saving run history to the database. Authentication and hosting are provided by ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process operational logs, device and network information needed to deliver and secure the service. We do not use advertising trackers in this application.

Access, retention and deletion

Application queries restrict saved workflows and histories to the signed-in account. You can delete a saved workflow in My Flows; this does not delete its earlier run history. Workflows and history remain until deleted or the beta’s storage is retired. To request deletion of run history or account-associated records, contact us from the email connected to your account. Operational records held by hosting providers may follow their own retention policies.
